Job Description

Prepare & Send out RFQ for (materials, vendors & subcontractors), follow-up, send & acquire responses, and compliance sheets to prepare quotation.

Prepare the tender cost estimation, Evaluating tender documents, drawings, & schedules

Prepare quantities take-offs and breakdown of costs.

Studying project tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs.

Identifies & pricing equipment, material & labor costs need for the project.

Participate and coordinate with estimation team to updates tender Register.

Prepare Comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors.

Preparing technical & commercial offers/proposal according to company standard.

Contacting & following up suppliers to ensure offers received on time.

Evaluating suppliers offers and checking compliance with tender requirements & best prices.

Preparing complete technical submittal for the project

Skills

Preparing complete technical submittal for the project

Expert in quantities survey for tendering.

Excellent in Primavera p6 and MS excel.

Must be 4 years’ experience in KSA as well as in GCC return

BIM Modeler / BIM Coordinator

Job Description

Check design drawing validation for any queries.

Prepare / Shop drawings / Revit model for all disciplines (Civil– Architectural - MEP shop drawings).

Review IFC drawings, documents and specifications, propose better engineering alternatives and connection details.

Coordinate between all disciplines to ensure zero clashes.

Extract shop drawings and Qs from Revit

Send to project to coordinator to get approvals.

Prepare As-built shop drawings and send to site coordinator to get approval

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil-Arch.-Mech.-Elec.) or B.Tech / Diploma.

Must be 4 years’ experience in KSA as well as in GCC return.

Solid work experience using BIM.
